A relaxing treatment for any person. This is Swedish massage using Basalt hot stones interspersed within the massage. The warmth of the stones can ease sore and tight muscles and joints.

Organic oil is used for the massage.

A 60 minute treatment will include:

A 90 minute treatment will include:

Legs back & front

Feet and ankles

Chest, arms & hands

 
Feedback is given after treatment. A weekly or fortnightly treatment plan can be given if required. Your therapist will advise you on this.
