Aromatherapy
A light or medium pressure massage available for any person. Relaxing or rejuvenating depending on which oils are chosen at the consultation.
Hot Stones Massage
A relaxing treatment for any person. This is Swedish massage using Basalt hot stones interspersed within the massage. The warmth of the stones can ease sore and tight muscles and joints.
Indian Head Massage
This is a relaxing and balancing treatment for any person. The whole treatment is done whilst lying face up.
Pregnancy Massage
A medium pressure general relaxing massage for any trimester. There are many benefits in having this treatment as pregnancy can strain the back and shoulders.
Reflexology
This relaxing treatment for any person. Pressure-point massage stimulates the nerve endings of the feet and can then naturally rebalance the body.
Facial Massage
